Refund policy
At Maretee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and labels attached.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened hosiery, underwear, or intimate apparel, unless the item is defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@maretee.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Labels:
Please note that we do not provide return labels for returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
